The Standard Room Double Bed is situated on first floor. The room features a double bed with flat-screen TV and a well appointed bathroom, including large bath/shower The Double Room is situated on first floor . This room has views looking out over the pool and gardens from the front facing balcony, which captures the sun throughout the day. With two separate shower rooms, king size bed or two generous single beds, this room is ideally suited to families or groups travelling together. Room size: 35 m2 | Bed size: 1 king bed The Twin Room is situated on ground floor. This room has both a poolside patio area to the front and private covered garden to the rear . Ideally suited to a small family or group, this room contains two single beds. The suite is serviced by a luxury wetroom complete with monsoon shower and private courtyard with outdoor shower. Our premium villas are situated poolside with a patio area to the front and a private courtyard garden . Both air-conditioned villas offer king size beds, internet access, large flatscreen televisions and work stations. The bathrooms are finished to an impeccable standard, featuring baths hewn from single blocks of marble, double sinks and monsoon showers. Room size: 38 m2 | Bed size: 1 king bed

These Suites feature adjoining rooms for groups and families travelling together. The Ground floor suite features a king size bed in the master room and two single beds in the second room. Both bedrooms are serviced by separate ensuite bathrooms, the master bathroom complete with large bath shower, the second room with monsoon shower unit. This suite features private outdoor garden space to the rear. The First floor suite has all of the appointments of the Ground floor accommodation but instead is equipped with a king size double bed in the adjoining room and a private balcony replaces the garden area to the rear.

Everything is perfect at this homestay. The family and staff were amazing! So helpful, kind and friendly. The breakfast cooked to order was excellent as was the freshly squeezed juice. The rooms were spotless! Large airy rooms with comfortable bed. Shower was hot with great water pressure. The garden is relaxing with beautiful flowers plants and wildlife and the pool was an added bonus. We stayed 3 weeks and were sad to leave. Highly recommend!

My favourite stay in Vietnam! The place is so cute and the rooms are very spacious with great facilities. The breakfast was delicious with a menu to choose drinks and food from which is cooked for you right then and there. The best thing though has to be Na she was brilliant and definitely went above and beyond all day every day, can’t thank her enough for her lovely presence! Is a 30 minute walk into town or around 40,000VD but is perfectly situated exactly half way between town and the beach so easily accessible to get to either by walking, taxi or bike.

We loved it! The staff was SO friendly, our room was clean just like everything else. What a beautiful way to visit Hoi An, everything was nearby too. Thank you so much ❤️
