The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Happy to give advice on travel, sightseeing etc. Really good location. Only a few minutes walk from town. Our water supply in the bathroom stopped working, however the staff reacted really quickly and fixed the problem.

We initially booked for 4 nights and ended up extending for another 3. Perfect location - a stones throw to attractions and the old town with lots on the door step. Lovely clean rooms, and the staff were all incredibly kind — from the reception and security to the ladies who cleaned the rooms, always smiling and happy to help. The indoor pool was also a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff is great, Extremeky helpful with breakfast, tours, rides, or whatever you need. The hotel is good. I really enjoyed my stay at HOA MY II HOTEL. I enjoyed the books they provide for reading.
