From the moment we arrived to the day of departure, we were welcomed and treated as friends. The owners take such good care of their property and also guests. Breakfast’s were awesome, any little thing we needed was provided, the amazing swimming pool plus bicycle’s available were a bonus as well. I would absolutely recommend Green Areca Villa to anyone.

Staff couldn't do enough for me 👍 pool area beautiful and clean, great breakfast fresh served poolside, arranged a scooter for me and replaced it when it wasn't up to standard (not their scooter), did my laundry, very friendly family business. Remote enough to be peaceful but restaurants and mini Marts walkable, Hoi An centre a 5/10 minute ride away

I wish every accommodation was like this. Maybe someone would find some shortcomings in the accommodation but for us it was an oasis and a great place to stay. Thanks
