We stayed in the one bedroom smaller unit. Next door is the larger 2 bedroom rental. The two units are separated from each other by a fence. The actual unit is exactly like the photos. The staff were very friendly including Hannah who checked us in and Thuy & an older lady who helped clean and tend to the garden while we were there. We arranged transportation for pick-up and to our next destination through them. Bed is comfortable, and A/C works well. Lots of towels provided, and I liked the mint scent shampoo. Lovely garden. Quick access to the beach. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. I didn't use the outdoor kitchen, but it seems good for longer stays especially with a local morning market a 5 minute walk away.

Amazing location, super clean, very comfortable, has everything you need. Staff were very friendly and really helpful, kitchen well equipped (though we didn't use it, it was very functional for longer stays). Shower was lovely, strong water pressure and all really clean. Lovely outdoor garden area to relax. Super safe area close to lots of restaurants and mini marts and not even 2 minutes from the beach.

The house is fabulous. We are out most of the time but the fridge is big enough for food and drinks. Comfy beds, clean, lovely garden and two mins walk from the beach and the Main Street which is full of spas, bars, restaurants etc. it was the perfect base for our family. At the end of the road when you come to the beach there’s a lovely man with sunbeds, drinks, food and we based ourselves there every day. Hoi An is a ten min taxi ride away so it’s a perfect base. We loved it!!
