Lovely little hotel within 15 minutes' walk of the old town/river and lots of shops, bars restaurants etc. Great facilities and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Hilary made check-in very straight forward and quick, but provided a lot of useful information, much of which we subsequently used during our stay. Room was very well appointed, and the bathroom was lovely with a standalone bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Breakfast was superb with such a wide range of Asian and Western food to choose from. All the reception staff were so helpful in arranging things including a tour, spa treatment, free shuttle bus to the beach (they even reminded us to take the hotel towels) and an airport transfer at the end of our stay. Wonderful experience.

Location, close enough to walk to old town yet a bit away from busy street

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Location isn’t bad either but can be very tiring to walk in very hot weather to the old town. Room was very comfortable and clean but walls are quite thin as we could hear the room next door talked loudly and also heard clear noise in the hallway.
