The room was clean, the shower was good, and the staff were friendly. The size of the room was ok and location would have been great if we were 20/30 years younger. If you love to party it's a great location right on top of the music bars.

Location, you are in the middle of everything, reachable to all amenities within minutes. "CHUM" the receptionist is very helpful as for the lady proprietor she is charming....

Staff are super friendly, the location is right bang in the centre of Bui Vien street. If you know the go2 bar, it's about a 10 seconds walk from there. It's a basic, cheap, clean and comfy hotel. Note if music from the street will disturb you then this isn't for you..however was no issue for me. Great stay and highly recommended budget stay.
