The hotel was located just next to the water, so we had amazing view all day. We were very close to two malls and walking distance from Pop Mart 😍 The staff were super friendly, positive and helpful! I highly recommend the stay here. Rooms were also big, comfortable and clean.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 What a fantastic stay! The hotel is incredibly pleasant and beautifully decorated. The rooms are excellent – comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff truly goes above and beyond – always friendly and helpful. A lovely surprise was the delicious complimentary afternoon tea, which added a charming touch to the experience. The location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The highlight of our trip was a completely unexpected gift for our honeymoon: a beautiful bouquet, personally handed to us by the staff. Such a warm and thoughtful gesture that we’ll never forget. The rooftop bar is cozy and atmospheric – a great place to relax. While the pool/jacuzzi is a bit small, the stunning view more than makes up for it. All in all, a wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone!

This hotel is very lux. Delicious from the moment you walk through the door. Wonderful window in the foyer overlooking the street. Our junior suite was huge and has the biggest bed ever. The afternoon tea is amazing. Roof top has great view of the river and city and location is absolutely the best. Lots of restaurants around, the river nearby, wide boulevards and a big square, where there was a lively family festival happening. The roof top has a plunge pool - heated. And a small spa - cold water. Fortunately, the weather had turned a little wet and cool, which made the warm water the best option for our stay. Harvey and Louis working the afternoon shift at the pool bar were fun. Harvey is loaded with personality and he made us feel very welcome.
