The staff at Customer service particularly Jay is very much accommodating. The hotel is very much accessible to tourist destination and just a walking distance to hidden cafe offering a buffet eat all you can breakfast at affordable price. Use grab taxi as means of transport since the price is very much affordable.

The room was big enough for three people. It was clean. The bathing area had enough space. The hotel location was right next to the walking street, restaurants and spas. Cleanliness was also really good.

Great location, just steps away from Walking Street and about a kilometer from Bến Thành Market. No complaints about the 'Superior triple room' – spacious, nicely done, and it even had a balcony.
