Good location in District 1, walking distance to Ben Thanh markets. Comfortable room with space for belongings, a kitchenette with cooker, a smart TV and wifi. Good price per night. Friendly staff available at all times. Location above the coffee shop gives a convenient spot for morning coffee and lovely coffee smells wafting up. As per reviews we read before our stay, next door is an abandoned building site filled with water. We found this interesting, rather than ugly, and enjoyed fish spotting (look out for the giant catfish and the orange koi).

Loved to stay here! In the center with attractions on walking distance, but not near a busy road, so no noise at all. Really liked the clean and stylish design, with lots of space. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend and i would love to stay here again next time!

An unexpectedly good hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. The surroundings may seem a little off-putting (our room overlooked a flooded construction pit with exposed piles and floating debris), but the room itself is extremely clean and comfortable, with all the amenities, including a microwave.

great location. They opened for us even though we arrived early in the morning. There is a lift to the very top of the building - this makes it easier to bring luggage. There were bottles of water in the room. The room is large. Friendly service.
