Our booking in another place got cancelled and we checked into the hotel near midnight. The staff were super helpful and helped us with the late check-in. The rooms were great and kept clean. The location is a few kilometres from the city centre but all the amenities are available. Special shoutout to both the receptionists who gave us guidance and helped us communicate with Grab personnel in Vietnamese.

The hotel was spotless, well-kept, and super comfortable - honestly, every other hotel we stayed at after this ended up being compared to it. There are tons of bars and restaurants just a short walk away, so it was super convenient. And the staff? Absolutely lovely - helpful, friendly, and always made us feel welcome. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Everything was exactly as described on the booking site, so we knew what to expect – and that’s something I really appreciate. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were always ready to help when needed. Breakfast wasn’t included, but honestly, I saw that as a plus. There are so many cafes and local eateries just a short walk from the hotel. It gave us a great chance to explore the local food scene. Most places were open by 6AM, so finding something to eat - no matter when we woke up – was never an issue.
