Location is great. Lots of good food and cafes nearby (check out Faro and the Cat Cafe). You are also a 20 min walk/quick grab from a lot of the main attractions. The space is also amazing value for money. Brian the host is really attentive with great communication. Free 17l water tanks are provided with free refills and towels are replaced upon request. Laundry is also offered at a very affordable price. Ultimately it was perfect for our stay!

Very light, airy and good standard apartment. All the fittings and decoration were very good order. Nicest apartment I have had in HCM and very good price. Had a lift. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. The onsite housekeeper spoke no English but was friendly and very helpful. She helped me use the washing machine and even hung my washing out on the roof terace. Location was less than 10min walk from Benh Vien (party street) in an interesting area. Happily stay here again
