I had paid prior to checking in, yet when I checked in they charged me again. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still yet to receive my refund. This is incredibly frustrating. They haven't responded to my messages on this platform or given me an update. Please let them know when you check in that you have paid prior if you do. The shower wasn't great, water pressure was lacking and inconsistent hot water, the room is tidy but small which is common for NYC. Great location and friendly staff.

The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, but the hotel itself needs a little TLC. The carpet upstairs was practically coming up off of the floor and so gross, but the rooms were just fine.
