All bookings will be pre-authorised prior to arrival date and/or charged in full on day of booking.From terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Heathrow Airport, guests can take the 140 bus, which stops just outside the hotel on Avondale Drive.Continental Breakfast is complimentary, this cannot be deducted from the room rate if breakfast is not taken.Breakfast cannot be offered as a takeaway service and can only be consumed within the dining facilities.Please note that baby cot/crib has to be requested at the time of booking using the Special Request Box.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
