Everything is great - food, service, rooms, onsen Yumi and all other staff are very helpful. Like the fact that there are rooms with beds and futon beds to choose from. We had a very pleasant stay.

This whole experience was absolutely brilliant. The staff are very attentive, we felt very well looked after. We were here as part of our honeymoon trip and the staff went above and beyond, making our honeymoon experience extra special. The hotel is very beautiful and relaxing. The hot spring baths are wonderful.

The staff are friendly and courteous, and the service is very considerate and thoughtful, the room is clean and has a private hot spring, breakfast and dinner are adequate and delicious
