The staff was unbelievable helpful. Front desk was great, changed our room for no additional charge as it was too small. The maitre d'hote was amazing! Ran the buffet area like a well oiled machine. Always made sure we were satisfied and happy. The food at the resort was very good. Although the lines were long to go get seated, we never waited more than 5-10 min. Amazing service at the buffet. V-Boy and Gebrel ( intern from France) were great with the guests, always trying to incorporate some fun during the activities. The kids had an awesome time with this team.

My second time here. Love this resort and the all inclusive plan. Great location with lots of shops, etc nearby. The food is great with lots of variety. Two amazing pools. The beach area is rocky but you can still swim. Room and bathroom were quite spacious for a European hotel. Highly recommended!
