Very clean and spacious rooms, a very comfy bed and the shower in the bathroom is just perfect - probably the best shower I've had at a hotel/guest house and even nicer than our shower at home! We often come to Hermanus and always like staying in the Westcliff area as it is in walking distance to the center but not busy or noisy. We hadn't stayed at Penguino before but I'm glad we did now, it is a lovely property that leaves nothing to wish for. What really stole the show was the exceptional breakfast served by the lovely host Stefan who is a chef by trade and you could certainly tell!
