Great location in Hay on Wye . Across the road from the pub and close to the action in Hay.?the facilities were exceptional with plenty of room . Bonus was the parking next to the house . Clean and very comfortable.

Lovely house, good location, very spacious and all newly refurbished and modern. Had everything we needed, including stuff for the dog. Very close to all the shops and pubs/restaurants in Hay, but still quiet. Two good bedrooms, both with en suites.
