The pool on the roof is amazing. clean and very nice view. Spa area was also very joyful . the room was clean and beautiful and very friendly staff! Awesome breakfast

Location good. Hotel average. Breakfast was between 8 and 10. But before 10 am staff started to clear away the buffet and I was told it was too late for coffee.

The spa was not working on the day of arrival, which we were informed about upon check-in. We were promised it would be working by the next day - only to find out that it was still not working. So upon check-out we had not had a change to use the spa facilities - which was the main reason for us choosing this hotel in the first place. No advance notice, no apologies or alternative offers provided - and this was a beg let-down. In addition the hotel is advertised as a spa hotel - but spa is only open from 18-21 - and nowhere is this information made available. Finally, and perhaps linked to being early in the tourist season, the roof top pool was closed and the roof top terrace not available. This info was only available upon check-in. So all in all - not ideal.
