Nice and new, beautifully furnished. Excellent location with the bay views and promenade walkway at your doorstep. Comfy bed and beautiful linens. Very friendly and helpful host - was extra accommodating for us with a baby! Highly recommend.

Fantastic staff - Zoran went out of his way to help me have a wonderful stay. He changed my room to one with less potential noise to one with a stunning view of Boka Bay, helped with luggage, personally drove me to the bus station to get the correct ticket when he was concerned mine might not make my ferry connection, and arranged a taxi for the morning.

This is our fourth stay at Boka Bay, and we plan to stay again next time we are in Herceg Novi. The location is perfect: right on the coastal pathway, with a nice little beach just steps from the gate. Our room was spacious for 4 people. We all slept comfortably in the nice beds (even on the pull-out couch and twin cot). The host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. The walk to old town is only 15 minutes. Restaurants are plentiful.

Very nice and modern rooms very close to the sea. Since we were on floor level, it did not offer much of a view. Big bathroom and great AC. TV with a lot of channels.
