Lovely place. I have stayed in Cornwall several times over recent years, and my only issue with this place is that I haven't found it sooner! Was welcomed by Chris, the owner (and farmer), who couldn't be a nicer chap. Had tea, coffee, milk, and a cream tea left for us, which was a really nice touch.the

This accommodation is in a delightful barn within a working farm. We found the barn very comfortable and homely. It is spacious and well equipped. It was lovely to be woken by the cows in the morning and greeted by two labradors for their treat! An added bonus was seeing two barn owls that were roosting in the roof of the barn. The barn is located close to Helston and within easy reach of St Ives, Porthleven, Falmouth, Mullion, Lizard and surrounding areas. We had a fantastic stay here and would not hesitate to book again. A big thank you to the hosts for leaving a cream tea and basic provisions for our arrival.

Location was excellent for us as it was close to family. Very good facilities & cleanliness. The little important touches, which rarely get addressed these days, such as a general use hand towel in the bathroom rather than expecting you to use a person's personal towels for wiping hands on. Also, a little touch of Cornwall - a cream tea provided to have at our leisure.
