New and located rather good. We stayed for 6 days. They only clean if you stay 7 days or more. You don’t get new towels, no one takes the garbage if you stay less than 7 days. Breakfast ok first 2 days but after that always the same. One staff, lady with big blemish on her chin very stiff, but others very nice. The second floor is very low for tall people.

The accommodation was a 15 minute walk to the centre and a similar distance to the ferry port. The accommodation had a mezzanine bedroom, with a small kitchen & lounge area below that had a fridge, microwave and small hob enough kitchen equipment, plates and cutlery to meet our needs. Our sofa was converted into a single bed to accommodate our 3rd guest. Everything was spotlessly clean. We all found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable with good quality linen leading to everyone having a great night's sleep. It was great to have a balcony to sit out on to have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was a simple continental style, and whilst not extensive it was of good quality. We used the rooftop sauna which had nice views over the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Spacious bathroom/shower, comfortable bed with adjacent wardrobe and TV Shared laundry accessible 24/7, sauna with essential essences on top floor The app Bluetooth key was very slow so I opted for a card from reception Early check in was available, 12pm check out was great
