The fine print
Public holidays may affect the reception's opening hours. Hotel reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 10PM and on Sundays and public holidays from 10AM to 8PM. It is possible to check-in after the reception closes. Prior to arrival, the property will send check-in instructions via email. Guests under the age of 18 must send a parental consent form in advance. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that we will do 350€ pre authorization for Deluxe Apartment at check in to guarantee the apartment, which will be cancelled after the check out. The check in time for Deluxe Apartment is between 3PM and 10PM from Monday to Saturday and from 3PM to 8PM on Sundays. Pets are not allowed in the Deluxe Apartment.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Top location and was so easy to jump on the tram from the ferry terminal and just had to walk around 100m from the tram stop to the hotel. Very clean little room in perfect walking distance to the attractions and also to the tram stop. Very helpful staff and great value for money.

Great location - city centre, good value. A basic family-owned hotel, but clean and effective. Few staff, daytime only, but pleasant and helpful - found us a fan and a mini-fridge when called for.

Excellent location right in the city center. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. Although the building is quite old, the rooms were clean and pleasant.
