Friendly staff, very attentive to my travel plan. Open plan restaurant, reception, kitchen Atmosphere, materials, warmth created a welcoming experience. The location in the heart of Helsinki was quiet yet handy for all important places. When next in Helsinki I will definitely book for Mestari gain

The hotel, staff and service provided was great. Maybe a few more options for vegetarians for breakfast would be a recommendation. Overall great location, hotel and stay! Highly recommended!

Truly amazing breakfast. There were many options to choose from: everything one can hope for and even more. The score for breakfast is 11 out of 10.. Also, the hotel was very flexible when it came to modifying reservations in response to an altered flight schedule (caused by airport service strikes at HEL). We liked our stay a lot.

Cozy rooms, a bit small but not a problem. Excellent breakfast with good variety and taste. Great service. Great location, in the center and close to metro.
