This is an excellent property in a great location. A big bonus is that it is located above a great Italian restaurant which we visited on four occasions. It is very convenient for transport with a tram stop opposite.

Great location, delicious Italian style restaurant below for eat in or take out. Good kitchen, and able to attend laundry with washing machine in the accommodation. Supermarket directly opposite, and tram stops at the entrance door. Lovely vibe in the neighborhood.
