Everything was provided for an excellent self catering holiday for a family of four. Oven, hob, fridge. Plenty of cutlery and crockery which was a nice bonus. Basic condiments provided. It felt like a really safe and comfortable home from home. The chalets and grounds were well maintained. It felt private, with the chalets being well spaced and there is plenty of room to sit outside, with grassy lawns separating the rows. We saw wandering deer and rabbits on our stay. Less than ten minutes easy walk to the beach. Check in was simple with very clear instructions.

The chalet was bright, clean, cosy and was in a quiet location set away from the main road. It has all the mod-cons you need. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We saved a lot on costly parking charges. £7.30 for 3 hours in the council car park by the beach. Though, it's still cheaper than Brancaster! We highly recommend Tony's Fish & Chip shop which is between the chalet and Heacham beach. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The cod was magnificent! (TIP: Best served open at the shop). There's also a fantastic ice cream parlour next door and a small amusement arcade. Incidentally, Heacham village also has a Tesco Express, a Boots and a few take-away restaurants. There's also a great little park and playground for children.

Loved the accommodation it was presented well, very comfortable and the host Ben was very nice & helpful, location near to beach was perfect and just a few minute walk to beach. Had a wonderful break.

Was in a good location for us to visit the east coast. I had stayed in the same site approximately 50 yrs ago, was the last family holiday we shared together before my father passed away, bought back lots of happy memories. We were made very welcome by other chalet owners. Helpful advice on places to eat and places to go, left by previous visitors.
