I have been to this motel many times . Some times with my husband and some times with girlfriends. It is a fantastic location. You can do an easy (1/2 mile?) walk to downtown, or it is a very short drive.

Rooms are perfect. Very clean. The fire pit out back was a nice amenity. View of the water was really nice.

Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you needed something they were there if you did not need anything they left you alone. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to shopping and dining. On the waterfront with a river view. Nice and quiet. Biking/walking path right off the premises. Cutely decorated room.
