We really loved the location. Staff were very friendly. We stayed in the Bramwell room and loved that it overlooked the graveyard.

Breakfast was lovely, bacon sausage, egg, beans, hash browns, toast, locally sourced and you have the option for additional ingredients. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is iconic and perfectly positioned at top of the hill with lovely views from all the bedrooms into the village or church. Car park adjacent to the hotel. This is our 3rd stay this year following one in December, so I cant fault the establishment or praise it enough. OK it's an old hotel with its age and space restrictions, but it's like your old nan, charming, welcoming, historical, full of character. Amanda and Jon the new managers are putting their charm and enthusiasm into the place so It can only get better. Looking forward to our already booked next 2 stays

The Manager and her staff were all lovely really looked after us breakfast was excellent nothing was too much trouble would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
