The staff are incredible. Kim was amazing and made our stay so special. The wait staff are exceptional, especially Able. It's very rare to be so well looked after and attended too. The pools were amazing, everything clean and relaxing. The spa was a great treat too. The house staff do a wonderful job in the rooms and the joy my litte one had at the different towel animals on the bed daily was super cute. The best moment for me was Kim and the staff that made a birthday cake for me and it's these personal touches that make it even more amazing. We had such a good time there, will definitely be back.

The welcome after a long drive up the hill was excellent. The view was spectacular, nature all around and very peaceful. Overall breakfast and dinner was good and eatable, can't complain. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive especially Simon and Jabulani because we interacted with them more during our stay. Let me not forget the gentleman who was doing the gardening, very generous, even offered to wash our car before we checked out. Very humbling gesture!!!
