Im dairy and gluten free and they catered for me with no problem! Had a lovely cooked breakfast I had forgotten to put my parking permit on my car one day, I messaged Dan the owner and he very kindly did it for me

Excellent location parking on street outside property...need parking permit which was given by the Franklin. Dan&Felicity were Excellent hosts nothing too much trouble very informative about the area where to eat etc and beautiful gardens in the town to vist. The breakfast was so lovely the granola fruit&yoghurt was gorgeous very generous portion. Cooked breakfast well presented cooked to perfection dining room light bright&inviting.

Hosts are really friendly, happy to advise on places to eat and drink around local area. Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely return and would recommend to anyone visiting Harrogate.
