The room was clean and comfortable and the room facilities good. Some road noise but this is to be expected with the age of the building and close proximity to the road. Excellent value for money. Superb evening meal menu and breakfast.

The Crown is a classic English pub in the centre of town. It has good rooms, comfy beds, modern bathrooms, plenty of hot water, great wifi, and a locked storage room for our touring bicycles. Their full English Breakfast was large and a great start to the day.
