Location couldn't be more central! Easy access to all the major attactions and restaurants in and around old town/french quarter. Helpfulness and service of Mr. Mike here, it was like having a personal conceirge and butler service from 5 star hotels! He helped arranged everything from tours and transfers to giving us tips and recommendations. Very personal service, thank you! Rooms were quite soundproof and bed and pillows were comfortable. TV could connect to personal Netflix. Very accomodating for big groups and families. English speaking staff that were always available and ready to help. Flexible and helpful in arranging for me to not change to a different room for separate bookings, really appreciated this as I had to book one more night due to a last minute plan change and they were nice to let me have the same room.

Room was nice, very small however. Staff went out of their way to help us with speaking with our grab driver on the phone. Be aware that the hotel is IN the weekend night market. This did not bother us as it ended at 11.30 pm, and you could hardly hear any noise in the room, however if you are very sensitive to noise it may impact you We did laundry in the hotel and it was fine

Staff are friendly and accommodating. We arrived earlier than check in, and they messaged me when our room was cleaned and ready earlier than the standard check in time. Location is great, with night markets just outside the doors on the weekends and a short walk to railway street and other great spas and food

Great location in the heart of downtown, with plenty of restaurants, attractions and massages available right outside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room, while small, was clean and nicely presented and the breakfast buffet was alright. This hotel offers good value for money, with the location being its biggest selling point.
