Special thanks to Lisa, Hoa, and the gentleman at reception when I arrived — you all made me feel truly looked after from the moment I stepped in. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Hanoi.

Great budget hotel. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. It is an older hotel but the room was big and clean. The buffet breakfast had a big selection for a smaller restaurant and food was good. It is on the edge of town but we used Grab to get around which was easy and cheap. The staff were very helpful and polite. Would recommend for short stays or if travelling on a budget.

The location in the Old Quarter is excellent. The beds were comfortable, and the air con was fine. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was hot and had enough pressure. Not allowing toilet paper in the toilet took some getting used to. The breakfast was OK, but not as good as some other similar properties where we stayed.
