Staff were absolutely superb. The young girl at reception went above and beyond. I lost my phone on a trip organised by a partner of the hotel and the girl got in touch with them and then the next morning went to their office and collected it for me. Our fridge was also non functional, and we were allowed to take a fresh bottle of water each from the large fridge downstairs which was nice of them.
