This hotel was well located and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. We were a little disappointed that the twin room that had been confirmed was not allocated to us, but the staff quickly sorted out a comfortable folder bed for the room. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice hotel in the Old Quarter. We had a very bright corner family room on the 9th floor, which was fine for us. The hotel has a rooftop area where breakfast is served. They have a range of fruit and other savoury dishes. Many dishes were lukewarm at the time we had breakfast, but they can also make fresh omelettes for you. The staff were very helpful.

just got back from my stay here, and it was a great experience. The location is ideal, right near Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious with a nice city view, which made relaxing there even better. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was solid, especially the pho. If you're heading to Hanoi, I'd definitely consider staying here.
