Great location (near the lake, central city streets of shops/eateries, the old town), gentle and helpful staff (the team Giang, Ly, Van, Phong . . . are wonderful), comfortable single room (small but with essential amenities, nice outdoor view, good bed, TV having English news channels), enjoyable breakfast.

It's great location, staff was very friendly and especially the front desk girl Ly was really kind and helpful when I arrived and arranged a car for airport drop off for me for the next day. Breakfast was satisfying and I overall enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay! The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. When I checked in, they clearly explained everything – from the services they offer to nearby places I could visit and activities to enjoy during my stay. Room service was very good, and breakfast was included and ready early at 6:45 AM. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to many places, especially the Hanoi Night Market. They also have a fast and clean laundry service. Even after I checked out in the morning, they kindly let me leave my luggage there. I would recommend this hotel!
