Extremely helpful staff. Answered any query we had & gave us loads of recommendations. We had a couple of issues but they were quick to try and solve. The gentleman on the front desk was especially kind! Location was also perfect.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional - so friendly, helpful and inviting - we felt right at home! The rooms were very clean and had comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, right in the Old Quarter close to bars, restaurants, cafes and attractions. The staff unexpectedly upgraded our rooms free of charge, I ended up in a large room with a huge terrace, it was really beautiful and so appreciated. Would come stay here again next time I'm in Hanoi - highly recommend!
