Staff is extremely friend and supports clients in questions they have. Staff comes with great suggestions for things to do in Ha Noi. We very much liked the (free) student guide of the city. A great way to learn more about living in Ha Noi. Staff helper with booking an excellent massage center and busctransfer.

The location is perfect, close to main touristic sites. A big plus for nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast is served to table and tasty. The staff was helpful and attentive. Highly recommended!

I was really delighted to have chosen the Calido Hotel, down a side street in the old town, away from the hoards of mopeds. It was quiet, comfortable with stylish decor. I was surprised to hear they are renovating later in the year!! Justin and Ly were incredibly friendly and helpful and the WhatsApp contact prior to arrival was very welcome! Thank you so much for making my stay so airbus, with the restaurant recommendations and letting me into my room early after a long flight. They are a credit to the hotel. I'm only sad I only had one night there, but I will definitely be back and recommend wholeheartedly!! I can't comment on the breakfast as I didn't have any, but from what I noticed, it all looked freshly cooked. A gem of a place ❤️
