It was our stay the first nights after arriving in Hanoi. Property is well located near Hoan Kiem lake - right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and even gave us recommendations. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Despite being in a lively area, the room was very quiet at night. When we went to explore Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay. We could leave our excess luggage with the reception at no extra cost. For us, this was ideal which made this hotel our base in Hanoi. In total we stayed 5 nights as we were very pleased with the location, staff and room. Would definitely recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at Grand Cititel Hotel. Alex provided incredibly helpful travel information, ensuring I had all the details needed to make my journey smooth and stress-free. His knowledge and guidance were invaluable. Helena and Ivy delivered wonderful service, offering delicious tea, assisting with photocopying, and carefully managing luggage storage. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Alex, Helena, and Ivy for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable travel support and excellent service!
