The staff were very friendly, rooms nice and comfy. Breakfast was being server a few doors down in the sister hotel which was no problems and very good. It was off season so understand why they would do this. we booked for a couple of nights before going on a 2day 1 night cruise and they looked after our main luggage when we check.

Nice hotel really well located in the city center but not on a busy street so quite quiet at night. The bed was really comfortable and the equipment was nice. The staff is really looking after the customers, saying hello every time and asking if we need anything. I recommend this hotel, good price for good quality.

It was surprisingly good - clean, calm, spacious and the staff was super-attentive. The location is very central, in the Old Quarter, within walking distance from main sightseeing spots. The reception girls (especially the one whose name starts with N) were there to answer all questions, provide assistance, give advice and smiled all the time.
