Perfect location, love that it has a pool. Breakfast was great and the staff are next level in their service. Shout out to the concierge, Peter, who is better at his job than any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in around the world. You can just message him with any questions over WhatsApp and he can organise everything for you, tell you where to go, make restaurant bookings etc.

We had a fantastic stay at GM Premium hotel. The staff were very professional and took so much care to ensure we had a fantastic time in Hanoi. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. A five star experience.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with booking tours, the rooftop bar was a fantastic venue for an evening drink and meal, we would return again.
