We had a great stay at the family suit hotel. The room was clean, with a fridge, balcony and snacks. They provided us with a bottle of water everyday and delicious breakfast. Staff was very nice and comunication with Helen at the front desk was smooth. She was very helpful and even warned us from the hurricane Wypha than was supposed to hit Hanoi.

Very central for the old town, plenty of restaurants nearby, lovely big room, David and his staff are very helpful, our airport pickup and the travel organisation to Ha Long Bay was excellent, the hotel is a travel agent shop front,with rooms upstairs, this is not an issue, breakfast is taken on a rooftop restaurant of a nearby hotel, as Family Suite has no restaurant, breakfast is very good 👍😊 We used the local rickshaws to get around, highly recommend going to Railway coffee street, also going to Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum 👍

We had a fantastic stay at Family Suite Hotel. The staff communication was good, both on WhatsApp and in person. Our room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, with lovely beds, nothing too fancy but exactlywhat we were looking for. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel made a great base for our transit day, closer by to the lake, note cafe, night markets etc. We also appreciated them sorting out our transport for a very competitive price. Thanks for having us!
