Eliana Ruby hotel offers great value, at a very affordable price compared to other places we've seen in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff was really kind and helpful (shoutout to Anna at reception!), the place was super clean, it was quiet (an amazing feat in this part of the city!), and we had the best sleep of our month-long trip through Vietnam (bed quality was insanely good!). Add to that the made-to-order breakfast and... well, it was just perfect.

From the moment we arrived, very early in the morning, Jessica, Anna and staff were there with a welcoming smile. The breakfast was tasty with a good choice and Daisy and team were very professional, sweet and friendly! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located on a quiet street, so no noise at night! Good value for money. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.
