The were very friendly and accommodating with every request. They kept constantly in touch with us to guide me throughout our stay. The breakfast was always fresh and the rooms were clean, fresh towels and beddings everyday.

Classic Street Hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The rooms were generally clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which really made a positive impact. It was also clear that the hotel is trying to improve things—for example, using dehumidifiers to manage humidity.
