The location and the staff. The lady at the reception was very friendly and accommodating. The location is pretty central with a metro station2- 3 mins walk away

What a lovely surprise!! Didn't expect it to be such a well run and professional outfit, but it was a very pleasant surprise!! From sending appropriate information before the arrival, to the way a staff member knew I was arriving later than normal, and not only did she stay around for longer than was necessary, but was extremely helpful also. The air conditioning was very welcome indeed, and the cleanliness was remarkable! Overall a place I'd happily return to!!
