Fabulous view, well appointed, very warm! The bed was very comfortable and the area very quiet. Good parking.

Perfect location for avid bird-watchers - such a variety of sea birds, waders, and waterfowl - and all in sight from the front garden! Great sunrises across the bay - we enjoyed our morning coffee outside to capture the view (nice seating area outside) It's also a great place if you've got a dog - lots of lovely space to explore. Resident local swan family (parents and 5 signets) who came up out of the water each morning. So, from a location perspective, this was a birders heaven! Great food at a local pub too (The Bakers Arms), and will definitely return for more of that next time! Would also recommend The King's Arms in Wareham - their braised steak with red wine sauce was amazing! Having onsite parking was also a bonus.
