*Guests arriving after 9:00 PM are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance to arrange for after-hours check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.* Please note there will be a 2.5% surcharge for all credit card and PayWave payments. All international cards also in this surcharge. There is no surcharge for cheque, savings, or EFTPOS payments (NZ Domestic Cards only).* Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.* A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or cash. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property. We shall initiate the refund on the day of departure, subject to inspection of your unit; however, it may take from 1 to 5 working days for the funds to be released into your account.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Quiet hours are between 19:00:00 and 07:00:00.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
