Location and apartment configuration. And when there was a problem... No pool towels and the WiFi password was incorrect this was fixed promptly.

Valet service picked us up from the airport and whisked us straight to the villa, freshly cleaned and serviced by the local service staff. They showed us around and then handed over the keys to our very own golf buggy. The property is set across three split levels, with lots of space for at least 4 adults (potentially more if someone sleeps on the fold out couch). There are two balconies, both with great views overlooking the ocean, BBQ and well stocked kitchen facilities, laundry cupboard, three bathrooms, and lots more. The home is a short walk (15 minutes) or golf cart ride (5 minutes) away from pretty much everything - including the local IGA as well as marina and resort centre and is just perfectly situated very close to the highest drivable point on the island (3 minute ride).
