Location and size of apartment, buggy was a bonus, also outside spa. Pool was great, would have been better if heated

We stayed in No. 9 with 3 bedrooms (great size rooms) which was perfect for 5 adults and a child (a buggy came with the accomodation and car seat was organised for us). There are some steps down to the apartment that you will need to carry your bags down. Not an issue for us. Kitchen facilities were great. You will need some milk and basics on arrival. Lounge suite was super big and comfortable. Loved the dining room table too. Main bedroom had an ensuite. There was also a separate bathroom/toilet. The beds were comfortable and rooms had ceiling fans. There was air conditioning throughout which made our stay nice and cool. The apartment pretty much had everything we needed. Communication was excellent with very quick responses. One tap was not working and a plumber arrived to fix it. Location wise we found the apartment very central (most places will be) and an easy walk to the marine (1km to IGA - easy down but some incline up ). You also get to experience and see the local birds and wallabies.

Great central location to the Marina, One Tree Hill and the Reef Resort. Lovely views, nice pool and good facilities. Jodie and the crew from HIHA were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay.
