“Delightful, sheer class”

A superlative hotel: first choice when in Hamburg. Not only does it have fabulous facilities, rooms, a bar and restaurant, they also now offer guest preferential packages at the pool: sauna: steam room next door and discounted tickets for harbour boat tours operated nearby by (the excellent) Rainer Abicht company.

Everything. Our 3rd year in a row and 2026 will be year 4! We adore the Madison, the area, the restaurant and the room. And the duck that now lives in my bathroom and will be coming on adventures with me and sharing with the hotel on their insta!!!
