The contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that you must be a member of the DJH (Deutsches Jugendherbergswerk) or of HI (Hostelling International). Membership can be completed online or upon arrival. The annual fee is EUR 7 for individuals (up to 26 years) and EUR 22.50 for individuals (from 27 years) or families. From 1 June, new members will receive half-price membership for the current year. International guests without membership are charged EUR 3.50 per night.From the age of 27 a supplement of EUR 5.50 per night will be charged.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The place was amazing and the staff were friendly. The breakfast is really good and includes vegan/vegetarian options. The location is perfect, really close to the city center and a few meters from the subway
